      You can register by calling our customer care or by clicking on the "Register" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information.

      No. Registration on CallGroceries.com is absolutely free.

    • Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Call Groceries?

      You can add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

    • Can I have multiple registrations?

      Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one CallGroceriesaccount.

    • How do I update my personal details?

      Customers can update their personal details in their account by clicking the option update details/ profile or while placing order you can update your details.

      My Account is the section you reach after you log in at Callgroceries.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history, order status and update your contact details.

    • Is my personal information kept confidential?

      Yes, your information is confidential we will not reveal to anyone. Please go through the privacy policy.

    • What are the benefits of setting up an account?

      You can save your details and can do the purchases with the same without entering every time.

    • How do I reset my password?

      You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.

    • What is My Shopping List?

      My Shopping List is a comprehensive list of all the items previously ordered by you on Callgroceries.com. This enables you to shop quickly and easily in future.

    • What are the modes of payment?

      You can pay for your order on Callgroceries.com using the following modes of payment:
      a. Cash on delivery
      b. Credit/Debit cards (VISA / Mastercard / American Express)
      c. Internet Banking

    • Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?

      The VAT is included in the MRP of products. There are no additional taxes added by Callgroceries to your order. The prices you see on our product pages are the prices you pay. There is a delivery charge of Rs. 40 on orders below Rs. 1000.

    • Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on Call Groceries?

      Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on www.callgroceries.com. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.

    • What is the meaning of cash on delivery?

      Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.

    • If I pay by credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?

      If we are not able to deliver all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount after deducting transactional charges will be refunded to your callgroceries as store credit and you can use it at any time against your future orders. Should you want it to be credited to your bank account please contact our customer support team and we will refund it back on to your card.

    • When can I get my groceries delivered?

      As per your slot booking order will be delivered. Before order delivery you will get a message of delivery time and date.

    • How long can I hold a delivery slot for before I have to check out?

      No you can't hold a slot. This can be reviewed by callgroceries management.

    • What happens if I miss a delivery?OrI'm not home on delivery time?

      Our representative will call you to confirm the order and your availability and then deliver the order. In case we are unable to get through to you(on the phone number mentioned by you) on that time, your order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded after deducting transactional charges to you in case of pre-paid orders.

    • When will I receive my order?

      Once you have selected your products, click on the checkout button. You will be prompted to select delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you. If we are unable to deliver your order due to any unforeseen circumstance, we will credit your order value to your callgroceries account, which can be used in your next order.

    • How will the delivery be done?

      We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across some areas of the city mentioned by Call Groceries which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

    • How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?

      At the time of placing order you can change delivery info or you can change in your account details.

    • How much are the delivery charges?

      Normal Delivery charge of Rs. 40 if order amount is below Rs. 1000. Delivery is free if the order amount is above Rs. 1000.

    • Do you deliver in my area?

      We deliver across whole Hyderabad, you can check it with our customer care or you can also check by entering your area pin code in the box provided to check the delivery option availability. While registering when you put your address we will let you know, whether we provide service in that area or not.

    • Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?

      In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.

    • What is the minimum order for delivery?

      There is no minimum order; you can order any item of quantity for any value but Nominal Delivery charge of Rs. 40is applicable if the order amount is below Rs. 1000. Delivery is free for orders above Rs. 1000.

    • Do you do same day delivery?

      We deliver the goods as per the slots available and as per the slots selected by the customer.

      Our delivery slots are:
      9:30 AM - 12:30 PM
      12:30 PM - 3:30 PM
      3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
      5:30 PM - 8:30 PM
      The above timings may keep changes under the scrutiny of Call Groceries.

    • What if I have to cancel my order?

      Your order is cancelled and if your payment done with card total amount after deducting transactional charges transferred to your callgroceries account for future order.

    • Can I make changes to a submitted order?

      You can change the order online or by calling our customer care @ 78 93 93 93 93in the same day orders have been placed.

    • Can I save my order and complete it later?

      Right now we are not offering this feature. In feature we will provide this feature. Please contact our customer care for updates.

    • Will I receive an order confirmation? Shipping confirmation?

      Yes you will receive a conformation e-mail and message

    • How do I remove an item from the cart?

      By clicking delete button beside the product you can remove the items.

    • How do I place an order?

    • What is a cut-off time and what is the corresponding cut-off timing for each slot?

      There is no cut off time our customer service representatives inform you about slots.

    • How do I add and amend my cart?

      Continue clicking the plus button '+' to increase the quantity or click the minus button '-' to decrease the quantity until the desired amount is displayed.

    • What do I do if an item is defective (broken, leakingand expired)?

      You can check and return the defective or expired product at the time of delivery. In case you are not satisfied with a product received you can return it to the delivery personnel with in 24 hours after item delivered. Only sealed packets are accepte. If the item is opened it will not be returned back.

    • I am a corporate/ business. Can I place orders with Call Groceries?

      Yes, we do bulk supply of products at special prices to institutions such as schools, restaurants and corporates. Please contact as at info@callgroceries.com to know more.

      This can be reviewed by CallGroceries; you can also view it at the time of check out.

    • How do I add or remove products after placing my order?

      By clicking grocery shopping button you can add products to your order you can also do it by clicking quick shopping. Remove items by clicking delete button.

    • Can I place a delivery order for someone else?

      If you want to order groceries for a parent, friend or a student away at college, simply create a new account with that person's delivery address and use your own credit/debit card for payment.

    • Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?

      No, occasionally we may run out of an item. At checkout we ask you if you would like us to attempt to substitute a similar item. You always have the option of returning a substituted item for a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with an item when it is delivered, please contact Customer Support at +91-7893939393 to help resolve the issue. If an item is missing from your order, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to notify Customer Support for a full refund.

    • Where are you located?

      We are located at Hyderabad serving all the areas in the city. Please keep checking our website/ contact our customer care for updates.

    • If I can't find an item on your website, does that mean that it's sold out?

      It means the product is not available at that particular time, still you can add that item in your order by contacting our customer care @ +91-78 93 93 93 93.

    • How long will my chosen slot be blocked for me?

      Not more than 6 Hours.

    • How do I check which items were not available from my order? Will someone inform me about the items unavailable in my order before delivery?
